The terms that cover using this site and ordering from Raw Roast — plain language, no legalese we wouldn’t say out loud across the counter.
Using the site
By browsing or ordering from Raw Roast, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or place an order.
You need to be able to form a binding contract to place an order — in practice, that means being an adult, or ordering with a parent or guardian’s permission.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep the menu accurate, but occasionally a price or item changes before we can update the site — we’ll always confirm with you before charging anything different from what you saw.
We can decline or cancel an order for reasons like an item being out of stock, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund anything already charged.
Payment
Payment is processed by a third-party provider at the time of ordering. We don’t store your full card details ourselves.
Intellectual property
The Raw Roast name, logo, recipes, and site content belong to us. You’re welcome to share a photo of your coffee, but please don’t copy our branding, photography, or written content for your own use without asking.
Liability
We do our best to get every order right, but we’re a small team running real equipment with real beans — occasionally something goes wrong. Our liability for any issue is limited to the price of the order in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the date at the top and, if it’s significant, let you know directly.
